Investment options are many and varied with ICMA-RC including our own Vantagepoint Funds, nationally known mutual funds, as well as “all-in-one” investment products. As a Plan Sponsor, you enjoy the many advantages to ICMA-RC’s investments program:

• We are independent. As a third-party administrator and educational services company, we’ve eliminated potential conflicts of interest. We utilize independent third-party money managers within all of our investment products, adding integrity and independence to our investment selection.
• We’re objective. We work with you to design the best retirement savings plan possible for you and your participants. You’re not competing with shareholders or partners as you would with a for-profit financial services firm— our focus is always on our clients’ goals and needs.
• We’re flexible. We will help you establish the best fund lineup for your plan. In addition to the Vantagepoint Fund Family we can work with you to choose from hundreds of different fund families representing thousands of mutual funds managed by some of our nation’s most successful fund managers.
• We give you choices. With our Vantagepoint Funds, your program can include a broad range of funds from more conservative to more aggressive. Plus, with access to a broad range of other fund families, you can offer a balanced program that provides the types of funds that meet your objectives.
• We’re solely focused on due diligence. On a regular basis, we perform a complete analysis of fund performance. Under-performers are closely scrutinized and when expectations aren’t met, replacement recommendations are made.
• We are experienced. Our dedicated investments professionals can assist Plan Sponsors in meeting fiduciary responsibilities. Most of our staff has the industry-recognized Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) credential.
