Additional Information on Streaming Media Software
In order to view online videos, you must be connected to the Internet over a 56K modem or faster connection and use a web browser compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher or Netscape Communicator 4.76 or higher. In addition, your browser must have a “plugin” for viewing streaming media. For your convenience, you can view the online videos in either of the two most common streaming formats:
Either one or both of these players may already be installed on your computer, so try the other link if the first one does not load. You can also download and install free versions of either player using the links provided above. If your computer is running Windows NT, Windows 2000, or Windows XP, you may need “Administrator” access to complete the installation properly.

RealOne Player
The RealOne Player is available for Microsoft Windows users. RealPlayer 8 is available versions for Macintosh users. The video will be identical whether viewed in the “premium” edition or the free “basic”editions of the software.
The link to download the free RealOne player may be difficult to find on the download page, so read the instructions carefully. The “Download the Free RealOne Player Only.” is often at the bottom of a box describing the features of the “Basic Player.” If the automatic installer doesn't start after clicking on this link, try using the “manual download” option and follow the prompts.
If you are a Macintosh user or if your system cannot support the RealOne Player, you can install RealPlayer 8, which can be found in the RealPlayer Legacy Software archives.
Windows Media Player
The download page for
Windows Media Player will suggest download options based on information that your browser sends about its version and about your operating system. To begin the download, simply choose the most current version that can run on your system and select the “Download Now” button.
If you have Javascript turned off, or if your network’s security measures prevent websites from knowing what kind of system you are running, Microsoft’s website may not correctly guess the best version of software for you. You can select the version you want by browsing all Windows Media Player downloads. Follow the instructions for downloading and installing the player.
