We’re Enhancing Your Online Security

Because we value your privacy and the security of your information, we’re continuing to enhance the security features of your online account.

Currently, you use your Social Security number or reference code to log into the online account access system. Beginning in mid-November, you will be able to designate your own user ID. Here’s how that will work:

• First you will choose a unique user ID, between six and 32 characters. The system will tell you whether the user ID you select is available or is already in use.
• Next you’ll select three security questions to answer that will identify you to the system.
• Then you’ll choose a graphic that will confirm you are on the secure Plan 3 Web site.

When the new system is implemented in mid-November, you will perform these three steps the first time you log on. You’ll be able to keep your current password.
